About this service
Tell us the voltage, the capacity, the continuous and peak current, and the space it has to fit in. We come back with a cell choice, a series-parallel configuration and a BMS to match. Cells are capacity-matched and internal-resistance-matched before assembly — an unmatched pack ages unevenly and the weakest cell decides the life of the whole thing. Welding is nickel strip on a spot welder, never soldered directly to the cell body. Every pack is balance-charged, load-tested at its rated current and shipped with the measured capacity written on it, not the theoretical one. We do not ship packs by air, and lithium cells travel by surface transport only. Collection from the campus is usually faster.

What do you need from me?
Nominal voltage, capacity in Ah or Wh, continuous and peak current draw, and the maximum dimensions it has to fit inside. If you know the application, say that too — it usually tells us more than the numbers do.
Why is this quote-only?
Cell prices move week to week and a pack's cost is mostly cells. A fixed price on this page would be wrong within a month, and quoting it high enough to always be safe would be worse.
Can you rebuild an existing pack?
Often, yes — send photos of the pack and the BMS. If the housing and BMS are sound, replacing the cells is usually the cheaper route.
