About this service
Send a DXF, SVG or AI file with cut lines and engrave areas on separate layers and we run it on the bed. CO₂ handles the non-metals: enclosure panels, front plates, gaskets, signage, model parts. Fibre marking handles permanent identification on metal — serial plates, tool marking, asset tags. Machine time is the unit here, so nesting matters: send several parts in one file and they cost meaningfully less than the same parts sent one at a time. We will nest them for you if you tell us the sheet is ours.

Frequently asked
How should the file be set up?
Vector, at 1:1 scale, with cut lines and engrave areas on separate layers or in different stroke colours. Convert text to outlines so the font does not have to exist on our machine.
Can you cut steel?
Not on the CO₂ machine — it cuts non-metals. Metal is marked and engraved on the fibre laser; for cutting steel, use CNC machining or ask us for a waterjet referral.
Why is a nested file cheaper?
You are buying machine time and sheet area. Ten parts nested on one sheet share a single setup and waste far less material than ten separate runs.
