About this service
Send boards and parts, or let us source the whole bill of materials. SMT work is stencil-printed, machine-placed and reflowed to a lead-free profile. Through-hole is hand-soldered and inspected. Every assembled board gets an AOI pass plus a visual check against your assembly drawing. Turnkey sourcing is quoted separately from assembly labour so you can see exactly what the parts cost — we do not bury a component margin inside a per-board price. Bring your own parts and you pay only for the stencil and the labour.

How should I send the BOM?
A spreadsheet with designator, value, package, manufacturer part number and quantity per board. The manufacturer part number is the one column we cannot work around — a value and a package alone leaves too many candidates to pick safely.
Do you assemble boards you did not fabricate?
Yes. Send the bare boards with a centroid (pick-and-place) file and an assembly drawing.
What happens if a part is out of stock?
We come back with alternates for you to approve before ordering. We never substitute a part on our own judgement.
